The letter is in French with a black border demonstrating mourning for his father Paul who was overthrown by a coup of officers and nobles possibly with Alexander's collusion. The letter is written to General Clarke ,Minister of War for Napoleon in response to a communication written to Alexander's father concerning certain drawings of French military uniforms.

  1. Undeniably believe that which you said. Your favorite
reason appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of.
I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries
that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well
as defined out the whole thing without having side-effects ,
people could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more.
    Thanks
